Co-financing and efficiency training

In this section we would like to organize the financing of trainings from the Labor Fund resources. Its aim is to co-finance trainings for employees and employers so that they adapt their competences and skills to constantly changing requirements of the labor market. KFS provides support to companies on the basis of non-returnable support for enterprises by the state.

The employer can get up to 80% co-financing for training for his employees (20% of the contribution must be made by himself). The only exceptions here are micro-enterprises employing up to 10 people – they can get funding at the level of 100% of training. The KFS funds are awarded by the Poviat Labor Office and they can be used for trainings improving employees’ competences.

Efficiency

Pragniemy przedstawić tutaj metodykę efektywnego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem czy działem firmy. Jak wiemy efektywność to rezultat podjętych działań, opisanych relacją uzyskanych efektów do poniesionych nakładów. Oznacza to najlepsze efekty produkcji, dystrybucji, sprzedaży czy promocji, uzyskane po najniższych kosztach. Wprowadzamy tutaj wskaźniki KPI, metodologię Lean, OEE, Kaizen metod, 5S, SMED, Problem Solving, Gemba metod. Całość obejmuje etapy produkcyjne leków, utrzymanie magazynu przez służby techniczne, obszar KJ, magazynowanie i dystrybucję.

Production Effectiveness Indicators (WEP) consist of 50 indicators, the analysis of which makes it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of a production company. It also allows identification of areas requiring improvement, defining the sequence of improvement actions and monitoring the effects and sustainability of the implemented activities.
